Resonanz X-Ray terms of use

The service
X-Ray provides investment-data analysis through a supported AI platform. It can calculate performance and risk measures, compare histories and explain results using the inputs and conventions relevant to your request.
The service is offered for business and professional use only. You must use it in the course of your business or professional activities, or on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent. It is not offered to private customers for personal investment use.
The service does not execute orders, hold assets or manage investment accounts. Its analytical outputs are not a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold an investment, and using X-Ray does not by itself establish an investment-advisory or portfolio-management engagement with Resonanz.
Separate financial-services agreements, where they exist, remain separate from these app terms. The firm's best-execution policy concerns its relevant order execution activities; X-Ray does not provide those activities.
Accounts and availability
Provide accurate account information, complete email verification when required and keep your sign-in credentials secure. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to use the service and submit its information.
Access is currently free. Your AI platform may charge separately or impose its own account and availability requirements. Any future charge for X-Ray will require separate notice and applicable agreement; using the current free service does not authorise a future payment.

Your data and instructions
Submit only information you are entitled to use and share. State the meaning of your data accurately, including dates, units, currencies and known return or allocation conventions. Do not present synthetic or estimated observations as verified historical results.
You retain your rights in the material you provide. You permit us to process it as needed to provide the requested service, subject to the privacy notice and any applicable processing agreement.
Keep your source files and any results you need. Working datasets are temporary. Proposed edits should be reviewed and authorised before they are applied.
Do not attempt to access another user's information, bypass service controls, submit malicious content or interfere with service availability.
Interpreting results
Results depend on the supplied data, selected history and calculation assumptions. Some analyses may be unavailable when those inputs are incomplete or incompatible. AI-generated explanations may contain errors.
Review dates, units, missing observations, estimated inputs and the return basis alongside the result. A cash-baseline currency adjustment does not measure actual exchange-rate gains or losses. Correlation does not establish causation, and historical performance does not guarantee future returns.
Use independent judgement and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed. The service does not assess whether a particular investment is suitable for you, your organisation or your clients.
Using and sharing outputs

Resonanz and its licensors retain their rights in the app, methods, branding and other protected materials. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your uploaded material to Resonanz.
Changes, interruptions and account closure
The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, faults or capacity reasons. You may stop using it and request account closure through support. Disconnecting it in your AI platform does not itself delete your account or your platform's retained conversations.
